Reset, realign, and reconnect with yourself on a physical and mental level. Using a dynamic blend of yoga, Pilates, and strength workouts, we’ll establish sustainable habits, realign with your intentions, and set you on a path forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
You’ll receive access to the program upon purchase. We recommend starting Day 1 on a Sunday, but you can begin your 21-day journey whenever best it suits you!
Each Day
We’ll complete a 30-minute workout that you can do from anywhere in the world, paired with daily intentions to keep you consistent and grounded as we journey through the 21 days together.
What you’ll need!
• Yoga mat
• Notepad & pen
• Big cushion or yoga bolster
• Set of heavy dumbbells (4kg or over)
• Set of lighter dumbbells (3kg or under)
• Yoga blocks (optional)
