Welcome to Intuitive Moves - I’m Lana, founder and head coach at Intuitive Moves

Movement is more than just exercise. It is a way to connect with yourself and create a lifestyle that feels good. I believe that true health is not about following strict rules or fitting into a mould. It is about finding what works for you in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with your life.

Over the years, my own journey with movement has evolved. I have learnt that health is not one size fits all. It should adapt to our lifestyles, circumstances, and the season of life we are in. That is why I am passionate about helping people discover movement that feels good, builds confidence, and supports their wellbeing in a way that actually works for them.

I also believe that movement and health practices should be accessible to everybody, and what that looks like will be different for every body. I am here to help you find what works for you so movement feels good, sustainable, and aligned with your life.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and hold qualifications in a range of training methods, including traditional strength and conditioning, yoga, mat and reformer Pilates, boxing, and kickboxing. I am also currently completing my certification in nutrition coaching. Throughout my classes, I focus on alignment and the connection between mind, body, and breath. I encourage you to listen to your intuition and recognise what your body needs every time you step into the gym or onto your mat.

At Intuitive Moves, you will find yoga, Pilates, circuit, and strength workouts, all designed to help you build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection with yourself.
