Why 6 week Reset & Realign?
Although R&R is commonly confused with rest & relaxation, and we honour that, weβre actually here to do the opposite. The 6 week R&R is based on the OG 21 days but better. Weβve taken on the feedback and weβve made the entire thing personalised to you.
The same accountability, the same coach but this time itβs based on your life, your interests and your schedule. Weβre not here to give you the perfect plan just for it to sit on an app and you ignore it for the next 6 weeks. Together weβll set goals, workouts and targets for you to achieve.
Will it be a perfect linear scale? Probably not. Will you skip workouts and pretend you didn't see the check in reminder? Honestly... probably.
That's okay.
My job isn't to expect perfection. It's to help you keep moving forward. To remind you why you started, celebrate the wins you might overlook and help you navigate the weeks where life gets in the way.
Because this isn't a six week challenge. It's your life. And there isn't a track to fall off.
These six weeks aren't the finish line. They're simply the beginning.
My hope is that by the end of Reset & Realign you'll leave with more than a workout program. You'll have the confidence, knowledge and habits to continue building a healthy lifestyle long after the six weeks are over.
