This 6-week program is designed for those with some gym experience, focusing on barbell back squats and Romanian deadlifts (RDLs) to build strength, stability, and confidence.
With just two full-body sessions per week (approx. 45 mins), youβll maximise progress without spending hours in the gym. Sessions include key accessory work to support your lifts and overall strength.
Gym access is recommended, as youβll need barbells, dumbbells, and cables to get the most out of this program. Youβll have access to the app for 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
